SECTION 35-8-9

   § 35-8-9  Records and annual report ofsinking fund commission. – The sinking fund commission shall keep a full record of its meetings andproceedings. The commission shall make a full report in writing to the generalassembly on or before the tenth day of January in each year, showingrespectively the conditions and manner of the investments of the sinking fundor sinking funds on the thirtieth day of June preceding, the estimated savingsfrom the commission's refinancing of debt in the prior fiscal year, theestimated total debt service payments of the debt retired by the commission inthe prior fiscal year, and shall in the report certify that the variousinvestment securities in the sinking funds have been examined by the directorof administration.
