§ 36-10-9.4 - Post-retirement service as legislator.
SECTION 36-10-9.4
§ 36-10-9.4 Post-retirement service aslegislator. – Any contrary provisions of the general laws notwithstanding, any retired stateemployee, teacher, or member of the state police who is a member of theretirement system and who is a member of the general assembly shall continue tobe eligible for and receive his or her retirement allowance.
