§ 36-11-1.1 - Definitions.
SECTION 36-11-1.1
§ 36-11-1.1 Definitions. – The following terms as used in this chapter shall have the following meaning:
(1) "Casual employees" shall mean those persons hired for anoccasional period to perform special jobs or functions not necessarily relatedto the work performed by the regular employees in the collective bargainingunit.
(2) "Seasonal employees" shall mean those persons employed inpositions which are part of an annual job employment program.
