SECTION 36-11-11
§ 36-11-11 Fees and expenses ofarbitrator. – Fees and necessary expenses of arbitration shall be borne equally by thebargaining agent and the chief executive except that the transcript ofproceedings required to be kept of the arbitration hearing shall be bornesolely by the state.
