§ 36-11-4 - Applicability.
SECTION 36-11-4
§ 36-11-4 Applicability. – The provisions of this chapter and the procedures established hereunder shallbe applicable in any state department or agency to conditions which are inwhole or part subject to the control of the head of the department or agencyand which involve conditions of employment.
