§ 36-12.1-16 Collection of actuarial andexperience data. – The General Treasurer and the state Retirement System, shall collect and keepin convenient form such data as shall be necessary for the preparation of themortality and service tables and for the compilation of such other informationas shall be required for the actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilitiesof the OPEB System and to comply with the requirements of GASB 43 and 45.
