SECTION 36-12.1-27

   § 36-12.1-27  Severability. – (a) If any provision of this chapter 36-12.1 of this title, any rule, orregulation made thereunder, or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction the remainderof this chapter, rules, or regulations and the application of those provisionsto other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

   (b) The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of anysection or sections of those chapters shall not affect the validity of theremainder of this chapter.
