SECTION 36-12-13

   § 36-12-13  Regulations and effective dateof insurance. – Subject to the provisions of §§ 36-12-6 – 36-12-14, the directoris hereby authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as may benecessary and proper to give effect to the intent and purposes of §§36-12-6 – 36-12-14, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing,to establish an effective date or dates for the insurance coverage providedhereunder.
