§ 36-12-2.4 Health insurance benefits– COBRA. – For purposes of fulfilling any employer obligations under the ConsolidatedOmnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), 42 U.S.C. § 403 etseq., a domestic partner shall be deemed a dependent of an employee as definedherein.
