§ 36-13-4 - "Employee" defined.
SECTION 36-13-4
§ 36-13-4 "Employee" defined. – For the purposes of this chapter, "employee" means any person, whetherappointed, elected or under contract, providing services for the state, county,city, town, or other political subdivision, for which compensation is paid.
