SECTION 36-14-21
§ 36-14-21 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance, is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the chapter andthe application of the provisions to other persons and circumstances shall notbe affected thereby.
