SECTION 36-14-4

   § 36-14-4  Persons subject to the code ofethics. – The following persons shall be subject to the provisions of the Rhode Islandcode of ethics in government:

   (1) State and municipal elected officials;

   (2) State and municipal appointed officials; and

   (3) Employees of state and local government, boards,commissions, and agencies.
