SECTION 36-3-12

   § 36-3-12  Services to cities and towns.– The services and facilities of the personnel division and its staff shall beavailable upon request, subject to personnel rules prescribed therefor, to thecities and towns of the state. In making its services and facilities available,it shall be understood that requirements for the enforcement and administrationof the provisions of this chapter and chapter 4 of this title shall be givenprecedence and that the local governmental subdivisions shall reimburse thestate for the reasonable cost of the service and facilities.
