SECTION 36-3-4

   § 36-3-4  Division established –Administrator. – There is hereby established within the department of administration a divisionof personnel administration. The head of this division shall be known as thepersonnel administrator who shall be in the classified service and whose salaryshall be established in accordance with the terms of the pay plan forclassified employees.
