§ 36-3-9 - Removal of board members.
SECTION 36-3-9
§ 36-3-9 Removal of board members. –A member of the board shall be removable by the governor for cause after beinggiven a copy of charges against him or her and an opportunity to be heardpublicly on the charge before the governor. A copy of the charges and atranscript of the board shall be filed with the secretary of state.
