SECTION 36-4-14.1

   § 36-4-14.1  Ineligibility for otherincentive payments. – Any person receiving an incentive pay increase increment under this chapter isineligible to benefit from any other educational incentive program such ascontained in chapter 28.1 of title 42, §§ 42-28.4-1, 42-56.1-1, and8-4.1-1, or any other chapter relating to an educational incentive pay program.However, state employees who are eligible for a different statutory orcontractual educational incentive plan may choose that other plan instead ofthe educational incentive plan as provided for in the Personnel Rules.
