SECTION 36-4-16.5
§ 36-4-16.5 Certain unclassified positionsexcluded. – Sections 36-4-16.2 and 36-4-16.4 of this chapter shall have no application tothose positions enumerated in subdivisions 36-4-2(1), 36-4-2(2) and 36-4-2(3),and the department of administration shall have no jurisdiction over thestatus, tenure or salaries of those said enumerated positions.
