SECTION 36-4-20

   § 36-4-20  Duration of employment lists.– Each employment list shall remain in force until exhausted, until replaced, orcombined with a more recently prepared list or until two (2) years from thedate of its preparation, except that the personnel administrator may extend theduration of any list for a period not to exceed two (2) years.
