SECTION 36-4-24

   § 36-4-24  Removal of disqualified namesfrom lists. – The personnel administrator may remove the name of any person from any list orlists who is physically so disabled as to be rendered unfit for performance ofthe required duties; or who is addicted to the use of narcotics or excessiveuse of intoxicating liquors; or who has been found guilty of any infamous ornotoriously disgraceful conduct; or who has made false statement of materialfact in his or her application; or who has terminated or retired from stateservice, except as provided under § 36-4-23.1; and those individuals whohave had their certification notices returned with no forwarding addressprovided the notice was sent by certified mail.
