SECTION 36-4-40

   § 36-4-40  Appeal from administrator toadministrator of adjudication. – Any person with provisional, probationary, or permanent status who feelsaggrieved by an action of the personnel administrator may, within ten (10)calendar days of the mailing of the notice of that action, make a request inwriting for an appeal hearing to the administrator of adjudication for thedepartment of administration, and be heard within fourteen (14) calendar daysof receipt of the appeal request.
