SECTION 36-4-58

   § 36-4-58  Severability. – The provisions of this chapter and chapter 3 of this title shall be severable,and if any of the provisions shall be held to be invalid, the decision of thecourt respecting the provision or provisions shall not affect the validity ofany other provisions which can be given effect without the invalid provisions.It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this chapter andchapter 3 would have been adopted by the general assembly had the invalidprovisions not been included in this chapter.
