SECTION 36-6-15

   § 36-6-15  Medical deductions by cities andtowns. – Any city or town in the state through its legislative body may enact ordinancesproviding for the deduction from the compensation of city or town officers andemployees for payments under the hospitalization or medical service plan of thenonprofit hospital service corporation or other charitable organizationproviding that service.
