§ 36-6-8 - Arraignment fees in district court. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 36-6-8

   § 36-6-8  Arraignment fees in districtcourt. – No judge of the district court shall charge or receive any fee for thearraignment before him or her of any person in any criminal case, except suchas may legally be taxed as a part of the costs in the case, and all of whichshall be paid over to the general treasurer as hereinbefore provided.
