SECTION 36-7-14

   § 36-7-14  Authorization of referendum.– The referendum shall be authorized as of the date fixed by the governor. Thegovernor shall designate the commission, provided for in § 36-7-13, tosupervise the conduct of the referendum in accordance with the requirements ofsaid § 218(d)(3) of the federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §418(d)(3).
