SECTION 36-7-28

   § 36-7-28  Forwarding of contributions andreports by cities, towns, and agencies. – Each city, town, or agency of the state participating under this agreementshall forward to the general treasurer at such time or times and in the mannerthat he or she may specify the amounts of contribution payable by theparticipating employees and by the city, town, or agency of the state as anemployer together with appropriate reports respecting such payments as may berequired.
