§ 36-7-33 Coverage of employees ineligiblefor retirement. – The state of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations is hereby authorized toenter into an agreement with the federal government to accept old age andsurvivors' insurance for state employees who are unable to qualify as membersof the state retirement system.
