SECTION 36-7-5
§ 36-7-5 Civilian employees of nationalguard. – The benefits of this chapter are also extended to civilian employees of theRhode Island national guard who are employed pursuant to § 90 of theNational Defense Act of June 3, 1916, 32 U.S.C. § 709, and paid from fundsallotted by the department of defense.
