§ 36-8-6 - Votes of board – Record of proceedings.
SECTION 36-8-6
§ 36-8-6 Votes of board – Record ofproceedings. – Each member of the board shall be entitled to one vote. A majority of the boardshall constitute a quorum and all actions of the board shall be a majority voteof the members present and voting at which a quorum is present. The board shallkeep a record of all the proceedings which shall be open to public inspection.
