§ 36-9-28 - Service creditable on retirement.
SECTION 36-9-28
§ 36-9-28 Service creditable onretirement. – At retirement, the total service credited a member shall consist of the servicerendered by him or her as an employee during his or her membership, and also,if he or she has a prior service certificate which is in full force and effect,the service as an employee certified on his or her prior service certificate.
