SECTION 36-9-40

   § 36-9-40  Rhode Island airport corporation– Transferred employees – Bumping rights. – In the event of an adverse employer initiated action by the Rhode Islandairport corporation, transferred employees shall be entitled to exercise theirbumping rights within the corporation to bump within other bargaining unitswithin Council 94. An adverse employer initiated action is defined as a layoff,job abolishment, privatization, or subcontract of functions within the airportsystem.
