SECTION 36-9-43

   § 36-9-43  Rhode Island economicdevelopment corporation – Uninterrupted state service. – Transferred employees, as defined in § 36-9-42, who return to employmentwith the state of Rhode Island directly from uninterrupted employment with theRhode Island economic development corporation shall have their length ofservice at the Rhode Island economic development corporation deemed to beuninterrupted active state service for purposes of service credits in theretirement system.
