SECTION 36-9-45

   § 36-9-45  Narragansett Bay Water QualityManagement District Commission – Uninterrupted state service. – Transferred employees, as defined in § 36-9-44, who return to employmentwith the state of Rhode Island directly from uninterrupted employment with thecommission shall have their length of service at the commission deemed to beuninterrupted active state service for purposes of service credits in theretirement system, and for the benefits provided for in §§ 36-4-59,36-5-7 and 36-5-8.
