SECTION 37-13-13.1

   § 37-13-13.1  Audits of wage records of outof state contractors and subcontractors. – Out of state contractors or subcontractors who perform work on public works inthis state authorize the director of labor and training to conduct wage andhour audits of their payroll records pursuant to the provisions of chapter 14of title 28.
