SECTION 37-13-9

   § 37-13-9  Statutory provisions included incontracts. – A copy of §§ 37-13-5, 37-13-6, and 37-13-7 shall be inserted in allcontracts for public works awarded by the state, any city, town, committee, anauthorized agency, or awarding authority thereof, or any person or persons intheir behalf in which state or municipal funds are used if the contract priceis in excess of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
