SECTION 37-15-10

   § 37-15-10  Litter bags. – The department shall design and produce a litter bag bearing the state antilitter symbol and a statement of the penalties prescribed herein for litteringin this state. The department may make litter bags available to the owners ofmotor vehicles and watercraft in this state and may also provide litter bags atno charge at points of entry into this state and at visitor centers to theoperators of incoming vehicles and watercraft.
