   § 37-15-16  Cooperation between industryand department. – To aid in the state anti litter and recycling campaign, the general assemblyrequests that the various industry organizations which are active in antilitter and recycling efforts provide active cooperation with the department sothat the additional effect may be given to the anti litter and recyclingcampaign of the state of Rhode Island.
