SECTION 37-15-18

   § 37-15-18  Distribution of flyers on motorvehicles on private property – Penalties. – No person, corporation, partnership, or association shall cause to be or shalldistribute flyers on motor vehicles on private commercial property. Flyersshall mean commercial advertising literature which shall include, but not belimited to, advertisement of products or services, whether free or not; noticesof events of any type; solicitation of funds, services, signatures orassistance of any causes; etc. Violators of this section shall be fined twohundred dollars ($200), the proceeds of which shall go to the OSCAR fund.
