   § 37-15-19  Protection of state coastline– Adult designated smoking areas. – Whereas it has been conclusively shown that pollution in the form of discardedcigarettes pose a major threat to the integrity of the coastline in this state,every municipality bordering on such coastline may adopt rules and regulationsfor the establishment of adult designated smoking areas for the purpose ofreducing such cigarette litter and pollution.
