SECTION 37-16-12
§ 37-16-12 Fees. – In any proceeding under this chapter, unless the parties agree as to thearbitrator's or arbitrators' fees, the fees shall be fixed by the court or thejudges thereof who shall require the payment equally by both parties of thearbitrators' fees.
