SECTION 37-16-21

   § 37-16-21  Notice of motion to vacate,modify, or correct an award. – Notice of a motion to vacate, modify, or correct an award must be served uponall adverse parties, or their attorneys, within sixty (60) days after the awardis filed or delivered, as prescribed by law for service of notice of a motionupon an attorney in an action; except that in opposition to a motion to confirman award, any of the grounds specified in § 37-16-18 may be set up. Forthe purpose of the motion, any judge who might make an order to stay theproceedings in an action brought in the same court may make an order to beserved with the notice of motion staying the proceedings of an adverse party orparties to enforce the award.
