SECTION 37-16-23

   § 37-16-23  Filing of papers afterjudgment. – (a) Immediately after entering judgment, the clerk must attach together andfile the following papers:

   (1) The contract, and each written extension of the time, ifany, within which to make the award.

   (2) The award.

   (3) Each notice, affidavit, or other paper used upon anapplication to confirm, modify, or correct the award, and a copy of each orderof the court upon the application.

   (4) A copy of the judgment.

   (b) The judgment may be docketed as if it was rendered in anaction.
