SECTION 37-16-24
§ 37-16-24 Effect of judgment. – The judgment so entered has the same force and effect, in all respects as, andis subject to all the provisions of law relating to a judgment in an action.The judgment may be enforced as if it had been rendered in an action in thecourt in which it is entered.
