SECTION 37-18-4

   § 37-18-4  Purposes. – The corporation is authorized, created and established for the followingpurposes:

   To manage and hold the real property acquired pursuant to theprovisions of §§ 37-18-6(d) and 37-18-7 for the benefit of thedescendants of those individuals of Indian ancestry set forth in the listestablished pursuant to P.L. 1880, ch. 800, § 4.
