SECTION 37-18-8

   § 37-18-8  Hunting, fishing, and trapping.– The corporation shall have the right to make rules and regulations regardingfish and game conservation on real estate held by the corporation; provided,however, that the corporation shall not issue those rules and regulations untilit has consulted with the director of environmental management, and furtherprovided that the corporation shall impose minimum standards for safety ofpersons and protection of wildlife and fish stock.
