SECTION 37-2-36

   § 37-2-36  Reporting of suspected collusivebidding or negotiations. – (a) When for any reason collusion is suspected among any bidders or offerors, awritten notice of the facts giving rise to the suspicion shall be transmittedto the attorney general.

   (b) All documents involved in any procurement in whichcollusion is suspected shall be retained until the attorney general givesnotice that they may be released, and all those documents shall be madeavailable to the attorney general or his or her designee upon request.
