§ 37-2-41 - Contractors' bonds.
SECTION 37-2-41
§ 37-2-41 Contractors' bonds. – The provisions of chapters 12 and 13 of this title requiring contractors tofurnish performance bonds and labor and material payment bonds shall apply toall construction contracts awarded under this chapter. Waiver of the bondingrequirements contained in chapters 12 and 13 of this title is expresslyprohibited.
