   § 37-2-58  Review of threshold amounts.– At least every three (3) years, the chief purchasing officer shall review theprevailing costs of labor and materials and may make recommendations to thenext regular session of the general assembly for the revision of the thencurrent threshold amounts contained in this chapter as justified by interveningchanges in the cost of labor and materials.
