SECTION 37-2-67

   § 37-2-67  Evaluation of qualifications andperformance data. – (a) The chief purchasing officer shall evaluate:

   (1) Statements that may be submitted in response to thesolicitation of architectural or engineering services; and

   (2) Statements of qualifications and performance data, iftheir submission was required.

   (b) All statements and statements of qualifications andperformance data shall be evaluated in light of the criteria set forth in thesolicitation for architectural, engineering, or consultant services.
