   § 37-2-73  Purchasing of pest controlservices – Effect of an order by the director of environmental management.– Upon receipt of an order from the director of environmental management pursuantto § 23-25-28(a)(1), the purchasing agent shall take such steps as arenecessary to insure that the named business or commercial applicator shall notbe eligible to receive state contracts for pest control services for theduration of the period enumerated in the director's order.
