§ 37-23-4 - Exemptions.
SECTION 37-23-4
§ 37-23-4 Exemptions. – The following individuals are exempt from the requirements of the OSHA ten (10)hour construction safety program:
(a) Law enforcement officers dealing with traffic controland/or jobsite security;
(b) All relevant federal, state and municipal governmentinspectors.
